The abandoned and derelict remains of what was known as the "Dry Docks
Department" of the once famous shipyard.
At it's peak, Swan's had an unbroken river frontage of some 4,000 feet, and
works covering nearly 80 acres.
The familiar cranes that can be seen in some of the photos are in the process
of being dismantled.
